So, like, the box came in all crushed and beat up, which was kind of disappointing. The packaging was, really bad and just didn’t seem like it protected anything very well...

I’m disappointed with the customer service. I reached out about an issue I was having, and the replies were slow and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe I wasn’t explaining it well enough, I don’t know, but it felt like they were more focused on closing the ticket than actually helping me fix the problem. I’m still left without a clear answer, so I’d be hesitant to use them again unless their support gets a lot better.

I ordered one thing and ended up getting something completely different. Normally I’d just be annoyed, but the timing made it even worse because I needed the item right away. Frustrating to have to deal with this when I was counting on it showing up correctly.

Honestly , it felt a little sketchy to me , and I never really felt comfortable using it . I wouldn’t use it again

The delivery was just too slow. I get that delays can happen, but if you order something, you expect it to arrive in a reasonable amount of time. This took longer than it should have, and I wasn’t happy with the experience.

Returning my order was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The whole process dragged on forever, and I never really knew what was going on with my refund. I kept having to check for updates myself, and every time I reached out, I felt like I was just getting transferred from one person to another with no real answers. it made the whole experience annoying, and I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their return process.

I emailed them, waited around, then sent another message because apparently one wasn’t enough. Still didn’t get a clear reply back. Super fun experience when all you need is some basic help, right?

Not gonna lie, trying to make a payment on mymasjidal.com was frustrating.

The page just kept loading, and I couldn’t tell if my payment actually went through or not. I ended up checking my bank app a few times, which is the last thing I want to deal with when paying online.

Maybe it works fine for other people, but my experience wasn’t great. I don’t really feel confident using it again.

The selection was limited. I couldn’t find most of the stuff I was looking for, which was frustrating enough, and dealing with the usual automated system just made it more annoying. Sometimes you just want a real person to help instead of clicking through menus.

I tried using mymasjidal.com the site just felt really messy to me. Pages were loading sooo slow, some of the buttons weren’t clear at all, and I kept ending up going in circles. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it was just kinda annoying...

I really wasn’t happy with this site. It felt confusing from the start, and I kept having to figure out the same things over and over, which got old fast. I don’t mind a learning curve, but having to repeatedly explain or re-check what should’ve been simple made the whole experience feel like a waste of time.

I expected better, but once again I feel like I ended up with the cheap version of what was promised. It just feels flimsy and low quality, and it’s frustrating because I was really hoping this would be worth the money.

We tried it out for our masjid, but i feel like they’re charging way too much for what you actually get. The features just didn’t feel strong enough to justify the price, and that’s on them for not making the value clear. It ended up not being worth it for us
